Decision 1: Is Basic Fertility Status Favorable?
If YES → Proceed to Level 2 (OI)
If NO → Move to appropriate advanced treatment pathway

Step 4: IUI Eligibility Check
Suitable in cases of:
Multiple failed OI cycles, Mild male factor
PCOD, Unexplained infertility, Cervical factor
Step 5: IUI Treatment
Ovulation monitoring
Semen preparation
Insemination
Up to 2–3 cycles
IUI Outcome Check (Critical Loop)
Pregnant → SUCCESS EXIT
Not pregnant after 2–3 IUIs → IUI Failure Loop
IUI Failure Loop (Mandatory Review)
Doctor Re-evaluates:
Egg quality, Sperm quality, Tubes, Endometrium, Missed diagnosis
Add: DHL
Review previous failed OI / IUI cycles
Review previous IVF failures (if done in other centres)
➡ Decision: If IUI no longer beneficial → Escalate to IVF

Step 8: IVF Strategy Optimization
Change stimulation protocol
Improve embryo selection
Add PGT (PGT-A / PGT-M)
